How to play

Chase the flag

  1. Set your launch angle.
  2. Hold the swing button to charge, then release.
  3. Use bounces, ramps and slick ground to travel farther.
  4. Every airborne target or explosive pile multiplies your current impact speed, so consecutive hits compound into wild flights.
  5. Avoid pointed flags, thistle hedges, the Mercat Cross and a Stubborn Coo—they stop the object cold.
  6. The obstacle course rerolls every launch, leaving long flight lanes between big moments—even beyond the gates of hell at 9,000 ft.
  7. In multiplayer, your turn continues until you beat the record or pass.

Most clean hits travel 300–800 ft. Lucky ricochets reach 800–2,000 ft; chained coincidences can run 2,000–4,500 ft. Cross 4,500 ft for silly praise and a sparkling unicorn flag.

Edinburgh Castle waits at exactly 1,573 ft. How far across Scotland can you fling it?
